    We promise it won’t break the bank. Having a valet is more affordable than you think, with some rates as low as $200 a month. In some cases our services will even pay you! Find out more information by filling out the “Contact Us” form on the home page.

  • It depends on several factors: volume, location, demographic, and the amount of valets needed. There are also varying service-fee tiers, ranging from $3, all the way up to $20 to reflect those conditions.

    However, the most popular method favored by our clients is our patented “pay what you want” system. PWYW leaves the customer in control of what he or she wants to pay the valet. We are so confident in our service we know each customer will tip accordingly!

    All veterans are exempt from paying our base service-fees at all of our locations, always!

  • Most claims will be handled immediately and on site. Our valets are trained in incident management and can walk customers through the process of filing a claim.

    In the rare case that a customer finds damage to their vehicle after leaving the location (that they can prove was caused by the direct action of one of our valets), they are encouraged to make a claim on our website. Our insurance provider will investigate and contact the claimant parties and seek a resolution.

  • While we do have a standard uniform protocol, there is an option for the polo’s color to match that of your establishment. We can even add your logo below ours for a special in-house feel!
